01 · WHY PITCHPACE
Airbnb, Booking.com, the phone, the guest at the gate: every one of them sells the same nights. PitchPace keeps the truth in one place and the sites in step with it.
Availability is counted for each unit and each night: what you have, less the pitches you keep back, less bookings, requests waiting for an answer, your own blocks and what Airbnb and Booking.com have already sold. When two people ask for the last one at the same moment, one of them is told it has gone.
A new request holds its nights while you decide — 48 hours unless you change it. Approve or decline in one tap; if nobody answers, it expires and the nights come back. Arrivals, departures and how full every unit is sit on one screen.
Seasons with their own prices, a weekend extra, extra adults and children, tourist tax, a minimum stay — and a different price for any single night. The quote is on screen before the booking is made, and it is the same sum every time.
02 · THE PRODUCT
These are the real screens, with a sample campsite in them.
Requests waiting for your answer sit at the top. Under them: how many bookings you have, what is confirmed this season, who arrives and leaves this week, and how full each unit is over the next 30 days.
Every unit’s nights on one grid, coloured by how full they are. Open a night to see what takes it, and keep units back for walk-ins or repairs.
Cover the season in periods and give each its prices: nightly, weekend, extra guests, tourist tax, minimum stay. The timeline shows what is priced and what is not. Select a stretch of nights in the calendar to price it on its own, and check a stay to see every line of the sum.

03 · CALENDAR SYNC
Every site sells from its own calendar. PitchPace reads theirs, publishes yours, and keeps the two from drifting apart.

Paste each site’s calendar link. We read it every half hour: a stay booked there blocks the same nights here.
Your own bookings and blocks and everything the sites sold are counted together, so a night is free only when it really is.
Each unit has its own calendar address for the sites to read. It lists the nights with nothing left to sell.
04 · GETTING STARTED
Your units — pitches, cabins, tents — how many of each, your seasons and prices. We enter them with you.
You choose your own password. Add your staff: each gets a link of their own and a role.
Paste the calendar link from Airbnb, Booking.com or your channel manager. From then on the nights stay in step.

05 · FAST AND CAREFUL
A page is a few kilobytes and is prepared on the server, so it appears right away — on a phone in the field too.
Bottom tabs, large buttons, no pinching and zooming. English and Slovak, a light look and a dark one.
Staff work the calendar and bookings; administrators also change units, prices, settings and the team. One property can never see another.
Hosted on a server in Germany and backed up every night. Passwords are stored hashed, and a setup link works once.

PitchPace is a web console for people who run a campsite, a glamping site or a small holiday park. It keeps bookings, nightly availability and prices in one place, and keeps Airbnb and Booking.com calendars in step through iCal. It is made for the owner and the staff, not for guests.
